Our hams are individually handcrafted on our farm from our free range Berkshire pigs legs. Each ham is cured on the bone with local orange juice, brown sugar and warm spices and then hot smoked over red gum from the surrounding forest. The flesh has lots of porky flavour, great texture, balanced with a good amount spice and saltiness. Gluten free and handmade with lots of love.
A half ham weighs around 3.5kgs. Includes free ham bag.
Important: these hams are not pink in colour and do not last as long as our Traditional leg hams, the flavour is more porky than hammy and great care needs to be taken to ensure your ham does not spoil- please follow the instructions on your free ham bag.
