Our hams are individually handcrafted on our farm from our free range Berkshire pigs. Each ham is naturally cured on the bone with local grapefruit juice and spices and then triple smoked over red gum from the surrounding forest. Lead time from order is minimum one week.

These boneless hams weigh between 2 and 3.5kgs and are boneless, Christmas orders delivered the week prior to Christmas. Deposit only, ham will cost between $100 and $160.
