Our pork and fennel sausage recipe is a favourite amongst our family and friends. We’ve turned them into a nice sized meatball simmered in homemade tomato sugo we made this autumn. To serve cover in a pan and heat gently for 20 minutes. Serve with Parmesan and basil on pasta or white beans and crusty bread. 550g
