Half a porker sized pig cut into:
- Shoulder roasts x 2
- Scotch fillet steaks x 4
- Hock x 1
- Cheek x 1
- Loin cutlets x 4
- Loin rack roast x 1 (6 points)
- Loin chops (T-Bone) x 6 (or porterhouse steak and loin fillet)
- Belly roast x 1
- Belly spare ribs x 8
- Knuckle roast x 1
- Boneless leg roast x 1
- Mince and sausages trotters x 4
- Head bone, ears, femur bones
- NB_ no leg cuts available November December due to ham production- these cuts will be substituted with either more sausages, loin steaks or shoulder cuts.
Everything comes vac sealed and is delivered in 2-3 large boxes. Great for big chest freezers or sharing with family and friends. If you would rather the pig just cut into primal pieces for home butchery please let us know.
